Terri Walters has a Ph.D in Risk and Prevention in Education Sciences at the University of Virginia, and was an IES predoctoral fellow at the Center for the Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning. Terri has previous experience as a 1st grade teacher in Chicago, and holds a Masters of Arts in Teaching. Terri assisted with general measurement development and consultation for the inCLASS project.
